Dear Esteemed Members of PMAN FCT,
I hope this message finds you well. As we continue to navigate the complexities that come with managing a union as dynamic and influential as the Performing Musicians Employers Association of Nigeria (PMAN), I want to take a moment to address the current situation within our National body.
It is not uncommon for organizations, especially those with a rich history and a diverse membership like ours, to experience periods of disagreement and crisis. These moments, though challenging, are often catalysts for growth, reflection, and ultimately, progress. I want to assure you that PMAN remains one despite the current challenges, and these difficulties are integral to our journey towards becoming an even stronger and more vibrant union.
I urge all PMAN members in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to remain calm and steadfast. The issues we face now are not insurmountable, and they are being addressed with the utmost diligence and care. Rest assured that everything happening now is for the betterment of PMAN. We are confident that normalcy will be restored very soon
Your understanding and continued support are greatly appreciated during this time. Together, we will continue to advance the cause of our beloved union, ensuring that PMAN remains a beacon of excellence and a driving force.
Thank you once again for your unwavering commitment to PMAN.
Warm regards,
Jack Asowari Sydney
Executive Governor, PMAN FCT
